Revenue Integrity Expert Openings

HRAA is looking for some Revenue Integrity Experts to join our team. We are looking for a few Revenue Integrity Experts that love the data analytics, business intelligence, and the I-9 to 1-10 mapping side of the revenue cycle. We need these experts to visit with our clients to train and educate them on our software product suite. Our newest software product, the ICD-10 Visualizer, launched at AHIMA in October ’12 and we need professionals to demo and educate our clients on its benefits. You would also be involved in the product development for additional software products currently under development.

• Intermediate to Advanced Web Development experience to provide a multitude of services including web development (static and dynamic), theming, security, etc.
• Able to make quick changes on the website, as necessary
• Able to install, upgrade or modify existing modules on site
• Implement a Tracking System for reporting and issues management
• Act as a scalable resource, with speed and efficiency paramount
• Handles domain name issues, registrations, set-up, email issues, overall maintenance

Skill Set Required:

Mainframe Applications Developer – Advantage: Gen/Cool:Gen

The position requires strong experience in COBOL, WEBAWARE, Advantage: Gen/Cool:Gen in a CICS/DB2 mainframe environment. The developer will provide new development and/or modifications to existing code, batch jobs to a large legacy application.

Key Job Responsibilities:

As an Application Developer, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by enhancing applications within mature technology environments. Batch processes and batch program development and testing.

Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.

Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution. Ensure solutions (enhancements/modifications/recommendations) integrate efficiently with other application and technologies.

Identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues, review, provide feedback and remedy as needed – actively support User Acceptance Testing.

Support the changes/applications post implementation by debugging, fixing, and participating in maintenance releases.

Supply regular progress reports to the project supervisor.

Key Characteristics & Qualifications:

Experience with mainframe based applications built with CICS, COBOL and JCL required.

Team player and willing to work with the project team on technical documents preparation activities.

3-5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in mainframe programming.

Demonstrated knowledge of COBOL application development.

Expertise in DB2, JCL, and VSAM.

State government experience preferred.

The RTD developer will be the key person supporting all RTD Development, support and RTD environment upgrade/maintenance efforts at the Client Site. RTD developer will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements facilitate design and lead development and deployment.
